All submitted manuscripts go through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. Manuscripts are first reviewed by editorial members (based on their field of specialization) and screened by the Managing Editor to ensure compliance with the journal’s criteria. Manuscripts are then sent to at least two reviewers selected based on their expertise and reviewing experience. The journal uses standardized reviewing forms to maintain consistency in the evaluation process.

Reviewers assess manuscripts on originality, clarity of presentation, relevance, and contribution to the field. Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editorial board will make one of the following decisions:

  1. Accepted, as it is
  2. Accepted with Minor Revisions(authors must revise within a stipulated time)
  3. Accepted with Major Revisions(authors must revise within a stipulated time)
  4. Rejected(generally due to being outside the scope and aims, major methodological flaws, or lack of clarity in presentation)

If plagiarism indications are found (above 20%), the manuscript will be immediately rejected. Before publication, authors are required to provide written confirmation to transfer copyright for papers accepted and published in the journal.
